Overview
Tigerland Safari stands on eight acres beside a tributary of the Rapti River, in a Tharu village at Jagatpur, a few kilometres from Chitwan National Park. Guests stay in individual wooden cottages on stilts.
The resort arranges jungle safaris, dug-out canoe trips on the Rapti, walks with a naturalist, birdwatching and visits to the Gharial Breeding Centre, and evenings can bring Tharu dancing and a bonfire. Back at the resort there's a pool, the Fresco spa, a fitness centre and the Citrus Café.
