Koi Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton

Overview
Koi Resort sits on Half Moon Bay, on the Atlantic side of St Kitts, between the ocean and the fairways of the Royal St Kitts Golf Club. It opened in 2020 as the first Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in St Kitts and Nevis, and its look is calm and Asian-inspired: white and sand-coloured walls, natural wood and local art in the lobby.
The 102 rooms all have floor-to-ceiling windows and a private terrace, with views over the ocean, the golf course or the green mountains inland. Bathrooms come with a rain shower and a bathtub.
Food is a big part of the stay. KOI Restaurant serves Japanese-inspired dishes such as crispy rice and miso-glazed cod, Jaya Kitchen & Cocktails by the pool does salads, brick-oven pizza, seafood and sushi, and the Jaya Ultra Lounge pours craft cocktails and rum flights. The pool terrace looks straight out to sea, and the Kaya Spa and gym are on site. The airport and Basseterre are a short drive away, and Frigate Bay's beach bars are just to the south.
