Days start and end by the sea. The saltwater pool runs through the lawns to the beach, kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear are included, and On The Water serves breakfast, lunch and dinner right on the sand. For a change of scene, book dinner on the rooftop at Noir. St Lawrence Gap's bars and restaurants are a short walk along the coast, and Oistins is a quick taxi ride away for the Friday fish fry.
